Slide LatexAgglutination Test Kits
RF is arapid latex agglutination test kit for the detection of Rheumatoid Factor(RF) in human serum. RF is found in sera of patients with RheumatoidArthritis and is believed to be IgM antibodies directed against the patientâ€â„¢sown immunoglobulin G.
When the latex suspension is mixedwith serum containing elevated RF levels on a slide, clear agglutination isseen within 2 minutes. MAXWIN RF has a detection limit of 8 IU/ml of RF in thepatient serum and the reagent is calibrated against the World HealthOrganisation (WHO) International Reference Preparation.
The RF latex test kit is provided with RF testlatex Reagent, positive and negative controls, pipette stirrers and anagglutination slide.
